Hydrocarbon Refrigerants (R-290) With innovative and eco-friendly technology, Turbo Air brings you hydrocarbon refrigerators designed to meet DOE’s Energy Conservation Standards in 2017 and to use EPA’s SNAP Program approved HC refrigerants. Hydrocarbon refrigerants do not deplete the ozone layer and have very low contribution to global warming (ODP-0, GWP-3). All Damage Claims will be handled by the customer and the Freight Company. However, we will assist you with the paperwork and provide you with the originals of the B.O.L. and the invoice. In stock merchandise being shipped from our manufacturer’s warehouse usually ships out in 3-5 business days after funds clear. However, certain items can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. In this case, you will be notified with the estimated shipping date. We will do the follow up and inform you with the tracking information once your merchandise is shipped. All inquiries regarding the delivery should be made to the freight company after you are given the tracking information. We only ship within the continental 48 U.S. states. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds No returns and exchange on orders. Not any item can be returned without prior authorization. Items returned to Chefsdeal.com, without authorization will not be processed. Returns that are not the result of manufacturer or Chef’s Deal, error subject to restocking charge (minimum 25%). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
