If a freight item (Transmission, Engine, Bumpers, Ect…) is received in non working condition (when stated in working order on the listing), the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. The item will be inspected for installation damages. If damage from installation is found, no refund will be given. If no damage is found a refund of the full purchase price and return shipping will be refunded. Please note that items attached to parts that are considered convenience items (wiring, bulbs, sockets, sensors, coils, distributor caps, spark plugs, water pump, filters, brake parts, backing plates, hoses, vacuum lines, u-joints, ect…) do not necessarily come with and are not covered under the 90-day warranty and do not warrant a return. No labor warranty is provided. Please note that any part broken upon installation is not covered by the 90-day warranty. If it is not seated properly and it is bolted to the engine, will result in a broken fluid pump.) If this is found upon return, no refund will be given. Any alterations to any part before resolving any issues voids the return policy and no return or refund will be granted.
