This is a pain, so no holds – unpaid item buyers will get an automatic reminder from eBay, and another after that – at that point, I will be forced to cancel and relist. I will be glad to combine shipping within a three day span – for my plate buds overseas and in Canada, I’ll be sure to get you the best shipping rate available, but I don’t ship via Parcel, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any cheapie/media rates. No returns unless there was an error in the listing. Small items (like stickers, tabs, etc) will be shipped via First Class letter rate, with no tracking. If you would like tracking, please include an extra $3.00. Refunds for USPS damaged items and return shipping will be available for all insured parcels.
